Evo Car Share

Our team had the opportunity to build a new car share brand from the ground up - including naming the service, logo design, website and app experience, and an advertising campaign to launch it in Vancouver.

My role: Agency Producer + Project Manager (Broadcast, Print, OOH, Branding)

Shoot Location: Vancouver

Production Highlights:

  • We tested a number of names and logo designs with consumers, with Evo eventually chosen as a nod to “the evolution of car share”. Trademark research was a new one for me!

  • During early stages, our design team got to shape the look and feel of the service, including the branded car decals, welcome manuals, app design and a retail store space in Gastown.

  • A fully integrated launch campaign aimed to challenge the leading competitor at the time, car2go, through cinema spots, print collateral, online display, OOH and newspaper ads.
